Job Description: Your main responsibilities will be to generate revenue through achieving sales targets, with the expectation to meet and exceed our customers’ needs and expectations. As a Yachtico.com sales member you will promote and represent the YACHTICO.com brand through exceptional communication, follow-up, and customer-ready presentation skills. On a day- to-day basis, your tasks will include (Though will not be limited to):

• Establish new accounts, obtain orders and service existing accounts by planning and organizing your daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
• Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential clients and services.
• Develop detailed proposals to meet customer challenges.
• Use CRM to record all prospective activity and account management activity on a daily basis.
• Keep management informed by actively submitting results and reports, such as weekly & monthly work plans as well as annual territory analysis.
• Recommend changes in products, services, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
• Provide additional revenue by being aware of development opportunities within existing engagements, or new opportunities within a customers’ organization.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
• Contribute to team efforts by supporting and accomplishing targets and results as needed.
